Marika Okubo

I have had chiropractic care since I was a toddler. My whole family has benefited from chiropractic care for many years, and since the start of Healthy Families we have been supported and cared for by the whole team of practitioners. The health of my spine through chiropractic care has had a direct impact on my ability to be active, play sports and enjoy life!

I have been with Healthy Families from the start. I love the community and family we have created. I am now attending university in Kelowna, at the University of British Columbia - Okanagan, for their Health and Exercise Science Program. But, you can still find me at the front desk when I have time off school and am home in Calgary. I look forward to supporting you with your Healthy Families experience.

When I’m not in school or at work, I’m a ringette player, soccer player, I love the outdoors, reading and music!
